Vozrozhdenie, Promsvyazbank can issue joint mtge bonds ‘18

MOSCOW, Aug 24 (PRIME) -- Vozrozhdenie Bank and Promsvyazbank can issue up to 10 billion rubles worth of joint mortgage bonds in January–June 2018, Deputy CEO of Vozrozhdenie Bank Andrei Shalimov told reporters on Thursday.

“It is interesting to securitize paper from two balances using the portfolios of Vozrozhdenie Bank and Promsvyazbank. We use the same standards which is why the portfolios are fully compatible,” Shalimov said,

The bank does not rule out issuing the bonds with the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AIZhK), in which case the difference between the bonds of different banks would vanish.
